RYUS Noodle Bar is Toronto's first chicken-based ramen restaurant. It is the first Canadian ramen shop to open at the Ramen Museum, which features famous ramen shops from Japan. Our unique "Canadian Chicken Paitan" soup, made with high-quality Canadian chicken and Angus beef, is simmered for two days to create a rich, flavorful broth that you can't find in Japan. We primarily use high-quality chicken from Ontario, which gives our soup a deep umami and sweetness, further enriched by Angus beef. This creates a new and delightful taste experience. Our noodles are made with whole wheat, providing a chewy texture rich in minerals and dietary fiber. The medium-thin straight noodles made with whole wheat pair perfectly with our soup. Our extensive menu features about 20 different ramen options, including "RYUS Rich Shio" and "Spicy Miso," with a variety of toppings to customize your bowl to your liking.
