RYUS Noodle Bar

RYUS Noodle Bar is Toronto's first chicken-based ramen restaurant. It is the first Canadian ramen shop to open at the Ramen Museum, which features famous ramen shops from Japan. Our unique "Canadian Chicken Paitan" soup, made with high-quality Canadian chicken and Angus beef, is simmered for two days to create a rich, flavorful broth that you can't find in Japan. We primarily use high-quality chicken from Ontario, which gives our soup a deep umami and sweetness, further enriched by Angus beef. This creates a new and delightful taste experience. Our noodles are made with whole wheat, providing a chewy texture rich in minerals and dietary fiber. The medium-thin straight noodles made with whole wheat pair perfectly with our soup. Our extensive menu features about 20 different ramen options, including "RYUS Rich Shio" and "Spicy Miso," with a variety of toppings to customize your bowl to your liking. The clean and welcoming interior allows you to relax at the bar counter while our friendly staff greet you with enthusiasm. Come visit RYUS Noodle Bar for a unique and delicious ramen experience!

Ramen RYU

Ramen RYU is Toronto's first ramen shop specializing in Iekei ramen. Iekei ramen is one of the most popular ramen styles in Japan today. Also known as tonkotsu shoyu ramen, its distinctive flavor comes from a combination of pork bone broth, chicken, chicken oil, soy sauce, and medium-thick noodles. By combining the strengths of our first store, which focuses on chicken, and our second store, which focuses on pork, we have leveraged our skills and flavors developed over the years to create a deeply flavorful ramen. Our motto is to deliver affordable luxury in everyday life, striving to bring the high quality of Japanese food culture to the people of Toronto. Although we are located in a food court, we make our fresh soup daily on-site to ensure we always serve it at its best. Please come and try Toronto's first Iekei ramen, a taste you won't find anywhere else. We look forward to welcoming you!
