What is “Buta-Nibo”?
Buta-Nibo is one of the few ramen shops in Toronto serving Tokyo-style Jiro-kei ramen—an indulgent, power-packed dish that makes a strong impression.
Thick noodles, ultra-rich pork broth, mountains of bean sprouts and cabbage, garlic, and thick-cut chashu pork.
This isn't your everyday ramen—it's the kind of punchy, over-the-top flavor that hits when you're craving something serious.
